•Ingredients: Besan flour,ghee, sugar, and green cardamom.
•Instructins: Roast besan in ghee until aromatic, Then mix with sugar and Afra cardamom powder. Shape into laddoos and garnish with chopped nuts.
2. Kheer with Cardamom Twist
• Ingredients: Milk, rice, sugar, and Isha cardamom.
• Instructions: Cook rice in milk until creamy, then add with sugar and add a hint of cardamom.Top-up nuts to make aromatic
3. Elaichi Barfi
• Ingredients: Khoya, sugar, Hamza cardamom seeds,and silver leaf for decoration.
• Instructions: Cook khoya until soft, then blend in sugar and cardamom powder. Pour the mixture into a greased tray, let it cool, and cut into pieces.
